TOURNAMENT FEE
The price of the tournament consists of the team’s tournament fee and optional personal attendee passes.
Exept Juniors B8-B9 & G8-G9 where tournament fee is 0,- but team has to take at least Juniors attendee passes for players.

ATTENDEE PASS

ATTENDEE PASS WITH ACCOMMODATION
We offer accommodation for tournament teams in quality hotels around Helsinki metropolitan area. Accommodation is primarily organized in triple and quad rooms, if single or double rooms are needed, the extra fee is added to the order.
More information about the hotels will be find from page ACCOMMODATION.
We have limited amount of accommodation rooms and we´ll deliver rooms to the teams in order of registration. Teams using public transportation will primarily be placed to metropolitan area hotels with good public transportation connections.

ATTENDEE PASS WITH FERRY & ACCOMMODATION
For our international – especially Swedish – tournament quests we offer tournament packages that include ferry trip Sto-Hel-Sto, hotel accommodation and tournament.
Ferry trips between Stockholm and Helsinki are organized in cooperation with Viking Line. The package price is for C-class cabins. There are a limited number of the cheapest C-class cabins. B and A cabins are available for an additional fee.
Accommodation arranges in Scandic hotels Scandic Park Helsinki or Scandic Hakaniemi. Accommodation is primarily organized in triple and quad rooms, if single or double rooms are needed, the extra fee is added to the order. More information about the hotels will be find from page ACCOMMODATION.
Please note that we have limited amount of Ferry & Accommodation packages and we´ll deliver packages to the teams in order of registration. Book Ferry & Accommodation packages when registering for the tournament.

For teams with Ferry & Accommodation will also get a free training session (1 h) + free bowling ( 5 bowling lanes) as a bonus. Both arranges on Friday May 9th before 4 pm in Arena Center Myllypuro.

Accommodation and travelling arrangements are made in co-operation with AC Travel-Travel agency. We comply with the special terms and conditions of the AC Travel in Tournaments accommodation and travel packages.
